Per government ordinance, the City of Pleasant Hill (“City”) requires a business license for all entities that have a business presence or engage in business transactions that occur within the City’s jurisdiction; in addition, the City is entitled to collect a business license tax for administrative processing. The City has retained the services of HDL, LLC to assist in accomplishing its business license compliance goals through a three-step process: identification, batch mailings, and the business registration process.
If you have received a letter from HDL regarding business license compliance, please contact HDL as instructed in the letter for assistance in attaining compliance or to dispute the findings in the letter.
