The City of Pleasant Hill General Plan Circulation Element establishes the goals, policies, and

The City of Pleasant Hill General Plan Growth Management Element establishes the goals, policies, and implementation programs that are intended to manage and mitigate the impacts of future growth and development within the City of Pleasant Hill.   • Amendments to General Plan - Mixed Use Growth Development and related Economic Development Strategies
The City amended provisions of the General Plan, within the Community Development and Economic Strategies Elements pertaining to mixed use development, including minor clarifications to the definition of the mixed use land use designation and minor clarifications to various goals, policies, and/or programs pertaining to mixed use development and related economic development strategies.

    • Amendments to General Plan - Miscellaneous Text Clarifications
  • The City amended provisions of the General Plan to update miscellaneous provisions of the following elements: Community Development, Circulation, Safety and Noise.  The update includes clarifications of provisions related to: mixed use development, implementation of residential density limitations, provisions related to the development of a City library and related provisions pertaining to flood control & stormwater runoff, including necessary conforming changes to other sections of the General Plan for consistency.  The amendment also updated provisions of the General Plan that have already been completed by the City or which are no longer applicable and update existing definitions within the General Plan to ensure consistency with State Law and related provisions in the City Zoning Ordinance.
