Contra Costa residents have more voting options this November

The Contra Costa Elections Office is once again partnering with local agencies to provide convenient “CoCo Vote-N-Go” drop off locations, prior to, and on Election Day. Contra Costa voters can drop their ballot at any of these locations, regardless of where they live. The drop-off boxes are installed at all Contra Costa city halls, the County Administration Building, located at 651 Pine St. in Martinez, the Discovery Bay Community Center, the Kensington Library, the El Sobrante Library, the Crockett Library, the Ygnacio Valley Library, and the Dougherty Station Library.

Pleasant Hill’s drop-off box is located in the receptionist area on the first floor of City Hall, 100 Gregory Lane.  City Hall will close at 5 pm on Election Day. After 5 pm, voters can take their ballots to any polling location until 8 pm. The closest polling location to City Hall is Hillcrest Congregational Church at 404 Gregory Lane.

The postage for vote-by-mail envelopes for this election is 68 cents; however, the drop-off box service eliminates the need for stamps!
