City Hall

The City Hall Complex is comprised of the City Offices, Council Chambers and two Community Meeting Rooms. The grounds feature a large pond, Chilpancingo Fountain and lawn area which is host to various special events throughout the year including the Sunset by the Lake Summer Concert Series

Pleasant Hill City Hall is located at 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. (Click here for a Google Map Image). City offices are open for business as follows:
  • Monday - Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
City Hall Amenities
  • Parking - there are two parking lots off Trelany Road. The rear 'Staff Parking' lot is also available to the general public after 5 p.m. (Monday - Wednesday), after 6 p.m. on Thursday and after 1 p.m. on Friday. It is also available for public parking on weekends. There are two Electric Vehicle Charging Stations located in the 'Free Parking' public lot at the north-east end of the complex. The stations are part of the Chargepoint Network
  • Meeting Rooms - there are two Community Meeting Rooms as indicated in the map. These rooms are used by the City and other agencies for regular monthly meetings and workshops.
  • Council Chambers - the City Council Chambers are located on the second floor on the north end of the complex as indicated above. An elevator and walkway to the Chambers is available via the front door ground floor entrance to the main office building. 
  • Fountain & Pond - the Chilpancingo Fountain (named after a former Sister City of Pleasant Hill, Chilpancingo in the State of Guerrero, Mexico) and the pond are supplied by water from a well located underground beneath the Chambers area. The pond has around 100 Koi and 40 turtles. 
  • Restrooms - there are public restrooms available in the ground floor lobby area of the main building (next to the elevator). Restrooms are also located inside the Community Room building and on the second floor next to the Council Chambers.
